Jeffrey Harris, M.D.
Dr. Jeffrey L. Harris is a highly experienced obstetrician-gynecologist with more than 40 years of service in women’s health, family medicine, and medical leadership. He served over 20 years in the United States Army, holding multiple leadership roles including Chief of Staff and Department Chief positions at several Army medical centers.
Following his military career, Dr. Harris practiced OB/GYN in private practice for more than two decades, providing comprehensive care to women in rural Georgia. He has also served in numerous hospital leadership roles and participated in statewide rural healthcare initiatives. Dr. Harris is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and supporting the health and well-being of women and families in the communities he serves.

Seth Borquaye, M.D.
Dr. Borquaye has been employed at LRMC since 2018. He has nearly 30 years of experience. He is a native of Ghana and received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1994. Subsequently, while serving in the U.S. Army, Dr. Borquaye completed both his internship and residency in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at the William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas.
Over his career, he has held many leadership positions in both the medical and academic world, including serving as LRMC Chief of Staff for five different years. Dr. Borquaye has been voted as "Best of Liberty" OB/GYN multiple times.

Nicole Dutton-Andrews, NP
Nicole Dutton-Andrews is a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Master’s of Science Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner with a specialization in family medicine from South University in Savannah, GA, and is board certified by the ANCC.
Nicole Dutton-Andrews has been in healthcare for nearly twenty years. Her experience spans multiple settings including family practice, inpatient hospice, ICU, telemetry, stepdown, and management. Her entire practice has been focused on small communities in rural areas. Nicole was born and raised in South Georgia and feels a sense of pride caring for people right here at home. Nicole has recently joined the medical practices at Liberty Regional Medical Center as the newest nurse practitioner.

Online Childbirth Education
Through a partnership with InJoy, Liberty OB/GYN offers patients free access to a variety of virtual perinatal education classes. InJoy is a web app-based education provider that allows patients to access courses from their phone, tablet, or computer at their convenience. Patients can review the information at their own pace and return to the material at any time.
