The Liberty Regional Foundation and Liberty Regional Medical Center invite you to our Sixth Annual Foundation Fundraiser, October 15th at 6:00 in the evening. The event will be held at the beautiful Dorchester Shooting Preserve in Midway, Georgia.
Please join us for an enchanting evening of fine cuisine, exquisite wine, a fabulous silent auction and music performed by Daffani Eller.

From black tie and cocktail attire to sport jacket and jeans,
or choose a combination of both!
For the ladies…
From cocktail dresses to your favorite denim and sequined blouse,
feel free to mix it up and add your bling!
$60 per person or $100 per couple. All proceeds from this event will benefit the Liberty Regional Foundation and its efforts to promote health and wellness in our communities.
